Welcome to First Coast Shag Club (FCSC)

FCSC offers free dance lessons on a weekly basis at River City Brewing Company (RBRC) at 835 Museum Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32207 (904) 398-2299. Free intermediate lessons begin each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., followed by beginner lessons at 7:30 p.m. Open dancing begins at 8:00 p.m. Both intermediate and beginner instructions are a series of seven lessons taught by FCSC dance instructors.  RCBC offers both a great menu and two-for-one happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  No cover charge.  www.rivercitybrew.com

FCSC also offers free dance lessons on a weekly basis at Sliders Seaside Grill, 1998 South Fletcher Avenue, Fernandina Beach, FL (904) 277-6652.  Free intermediate lessons begin each Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m., followed by beginner lessons at 4:30 p.m.  Open dancing begins at 5:00 p.m.  Both lessons are a series of seven lessons taught by FCSC dance instructors.  Sliders offers a great menu and a wonderful location on the beach.  No cover charge.  www.slidersseaside.com
